So about 3 years ago, I started taking fish oil during my pregnancy, the doc had prescribed it to me cause of the omega's and its ability to enhance, eye and development, well I never stopped! It did so many wonderful things for me and I could tell a huge difference in my overall well being and much more.
For one it really helps give a positive effect on mood regulation. I have read up on it and learned that it is really good with people who suffer with bi polar. Also during my pregnancy, I had really bad break outs, when I started taking, the fish oil, my acne cleared up. Well since then I have never had a problem with acne! So its really good stuff. There is so much fish oil can do for you, such as lower your cholesterol prevent heart disease and strokes, bone health support, mood, depression and stress, but it doesn't stop there, there is so many more good things about taking fish oil, that I could just go on and on about, but I just want to point out the main things.
So over there year's, I have had my fair share of different brands on the market, there are some that the taste is so horrid, it's not even tolerable! YUCK! But I have had some great brands too, I'm now trying out Doc C's Own, it's available on Amazon for those that want to give it a try.
