Our day at Gatti Town!!

On my husband's birthday, my daughter and husband went to GattiTown in Lexington, Kentucky.  It was about an hour drive, but so with it. We stayed there, at least 4 hours having tons of fun.

Did you know GattiTown in Lexington is the only GattiTown in KENTUCKY!  yep it sure is!

When I first arrived,  it wasn't nothing like I had imagined. As I look around I'm seeing theater rooms to dine in, one that always plays children movies and one that only plays football. There is also a regular dining area that's really nice.

The atmosphere in the Children's Movie Theater was kinda darkened so you could see the projector better and feels like your at the movies!  It's very large and seats a lot of people!

There is also a City Hall to eat in! Then separate rooms to have birthday parties! It was so neat. I just couldn't believe how huge the dining area was. And we hadn't even entered the game room! We had 30,000 square feet to play in! Hehe!

The food! Just as good as Mr Gattis!  And has a huge buffet bar! And different selection of deserts.
Those cherry rolls were so finger liking good! You can also request pizza's or desert if you don't see your favorite.

I know Mr Gattis only offers Pepsi products!  I don't like Pepsi.  I'm a Coca Cola gal! My husband is a Mt Dew man!
They offer both!! Plus coffee and tea! Something for everyone!!

Did I mention the salad bar!! They have a huge salad bar, they also offer soups for lunch. They have spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo.

Now here we go to the huge game room.

First let me say, they don't Spence out tickets, you don't use tokens. You get a card with points on it. Each game or activity you play, you just swipe your card and if you win something,  the tickets automatically go on the card. It took me a minute to get adjusted to it. But it's really cool.

The first thing you see is a Mary Go Round or carousel! I believe it was 600 points to ride. My 2 year old loved it. She rode the same horse everytime!!
They have a bounce house

There have so many games In there it's unbelievable!  And they had my favorite game the ColorRama. I stayed on it forever.
My husband couldn't leave the dinosaur claw.
He won 15 dinosaurs for my daughter!

"Midway" is what the game room is called. It also has bumper cars.

Bounce House

There is something for everyone!
They also gave these carnival games. The squirt gun. And another one.
All in all we had an amazing adventure and can't wait to go back.

My daughter left with some great prizes too.

  1. We love Gatti Town, but don't have one nearby here. The last time we went, they were still dispensing tickets.

    1. I know right! We need more! There was no bumper cars in TN when I went. But that was probably over 15 years ago. I hear it's gone now.

  2. That place looks like a ton of fun! The food looks really good. Definitely going to have to check them out. Great review by the way it looks like you guys had a great time
